Today the lighthouse is open to the public and overlooks an extraordinary harbor filled with awe-inspiring yachts. Lining the marina are charming shops and restaurants. Sea Pines Plantation has a variety of homes, villas, and townhomes with a variety of views of golf courses, woods, lagoons and ocean front. 

Seemingly endless amenities include the Sea Pines Racquet Club, South Beach Marina, 605 acres of forest preserve, miles of bike paths, Lawton Stables Equestrian Center, numerous pools and five miles of Atlantic Ocean beaches.
