Queens Grant Villas is a private community with in biking distance to the beach and to all the amenities located in Palmetto Dunes on Hilton Head, SC. This popular resort and residential community is located mid-island on 1,800 well-preserved acres. The community ranges from year-round residents to weekend guests, due to the wide range of lodging available. Within Palmetto Dunes is the private community of Leamington.
