A native of Greenville and a graduate of Furman University, I moved to the Lowcountry in 1996 and have nearly 20 years’ experience in the real estate industry.  For 17 years, I worked for RPI Media, an integrated media firm that specializes in helping developer-builders from the South reach and engage buyer prospects originating from the Northeast and Midwest.  I worked with more than 250 master-planned communities, many which are located in the Lowcountry of South Carolina and Georgia.  

In 2012, my wife Debbie and I adopted our precious daughter, Lilyanna, and desiring to be closer to my family, I took a developer sales position at Hilton Head Lakes in Hardeeville, SC.  In late 2015, Debbie and I were given an opportunity to work together on Charles Sampson’s team as Cort Lifestyle Professionals of Charter One Realty.  Partnering with Charles Sampson and Charter One Realty solidifies a winning team that strives to exceed customer expectations by always putting their needs first.  We are passionate about where we live and there is no greater satisfaction than to share that with our clients.  Come join us in paradise and get busy living!
